Mixology meets Kombucha Culture:

People are no longer looking for strong cocktails; they want healthy cocktails.

Mezcal Rose Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml Kombucha Culture Dragon Rose Classic
  • 50 ml mezcal
  • 10 ml agave syrup
  • Edible rose petals and a slice of dragon fruit for garnish

Preparation:

  1. In a balloon glass filled with ice, add the mezcal and agave syrup.
  2. Pour in the Kombucha Culture Dragon Rose Classic and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with a few rose petals and a slice of dragon fruit.

Golden Spark

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml Kombucha Culture Island Roots Classic
  • 45 ml gin
  • 15 ml honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Lemon slice and fresh grated ginger for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Fill a balloon glass or tall glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin and honey or agave syrup.
  3. Pour in the Kombucha Culture Island Roots Classic until the glass is full, then stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a touch of grated ginger.

Passion Mule

A tropical twist on the classic Moscow Mule.

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml Kombucha Culture BOHO Classic
  • 45 ml vodka
  • 10 ml fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • Hibiscus flowers for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Fill a balloon glass, tall glass, or mule-style cup with ice.
  2. Pour in the vodka and fresh lime juice.
  3. Slowly add the Kombucha Culture BOHO Classic and stir.
  4. Garnish with a few hibiscus flowers.

Passion Tequila Smash

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml Kombucha Culture Golden Hour Classic
  • 45 ml tequila
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • Passion fruit slice and fresh mint for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Fill a balloon glass or a lowball glass with ice.
  2. Add the tequila and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Top with Kombucha Culture Golden Hour Classic and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a passion fruit slice and fresh mint leaves.
